Vanilla Cashew Cream

This incredibly delicious cream is an amazing alternative to dairy. You can pour over a hot crumble, pie, muesli or anything you like!! Great with granola and fresh fruit, and it’s sooo easy to whip up!!

  • Cream
  • 2/3 cup activated cashews
  • 1/4 vanilla pod
  • 1-2 dates
  • 1 1/4 cup filtered water


1. Blend all ingredients in your food processor on high speed for 3-4 mins until smooth. 2. Add the skin of the vanilla bean too if wanted but if you don’t have a powerful food processor then just scrape out the seeds only. 3. Store in fridge for up to one week.
