Chia pudding is an easy to whip up super nutritious breakfast!
1. Prepare the chia pudding the night before by blending the strawberries, milk, maple and beet powder. 2. Add to a bowl and whisk in the chia seeds. 3. Wait 10 mins and whisk again before covering and adding to the fridge to set. 4. In the morning prepare the fresh smoothie by blending all ingredients until smooth adding a little extra liquid if needed. 5. Add some smoothie to the bottom of your bowl or glass, then some chia pudding and then top with more smoothie.
