Maqui Berry Chia Pudding

A quick and easy breakfast to prepare that’s packed full of fibre, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants.

  • Chia Pudding
  • 5 strawberries
  • 2 tsp maqui berry powder
  • 3 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups dairy free milk
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chia jam or 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt to serve


1. Blend strawberries, maqui, milk and maple syrup if using, until smooth. 2. Add to a bowl with chia seeds and whisk. Allow to sit for 10 mins and whisk again before covering and placing in fridge overnight. 3. In the morning serve up with your choice of fresh fruit. 4. Add a little maple to our @scoopwholefoods coconut yoghurt and mixed until smooth, and topped with some sweet dukkah.
