Cinnamon Maple Porridge

On a chilly winters day, a warming bowl of organic Australian oat porridge really hits the spot. Full of fiber and gut healing goodness. Topped with chopped activated cinnamon & honey pili nuts which are really high in magnesium and vitamin E, but you can top with anything you like.

  • Porridge
  • 2 cups organic rolled oats
  • 3 cups nut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp true ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • Pinch of fine Himalayan salt
  • To serve: chopped nuts, berries, maple or coconut sugar and a splash of nut milk


1. Place oats in a pot on medium heat and stir frequently until fragrant and slightly toasted. 2. Next add milk, water and the rest of the ingredients and stir until soft and tender adding more milk if needed. 3. Serve with a splash of cold nut milk and anything else you like. I love a sprinkle of maple sugar and some crunchy nuts or berries!
