3 Ingredient Nut Butter Cookies

These delicious cookies are gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and absolutely paleo. They make a great post work out snack to give you an energy boost and fuel to work hard. They also make an awesome snack as they not only are delicious but they fill you up. Swap hempeata butter in any peanut butter situation for added nutrition, but get that same delicious peanutty flavour! Packed full of protein, healthy fats and amino acids as well as a range of nutrients!

  • 250g jar (1 cup) hempeata butter or nut butter of your choice
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 organic free range egg


1. Mix well, roll into balls and flatten gently onto a lined baking tray. 2. Bake at 180C for approx 8 mins until golden.
